🚍 Park & Ride Initiative
Tired of battling traffic chaos and endless parking woes? Thanks to the efforts of your SU officers, the FREE Park & Ride service from Curraheen Greyhound Stadium was initiated! Commuters can now skip the stress and enjoy a hassle-free journey to campus.

🎉 Packed Calendar of Events
This term, we kept you safe, entertained, and informed with a range of engaging weeks and events including:

  • Freshers’ Week
  • Be Safe Day
  • Sexual Health & Guidance Week (S.H.A.G.*)
  • Positive Mind & Body Week
  • Christmas Fayre

From exciting activities to meaningful initiatives, our events brought energy and community spirit to campus life!

👩‍🏫 Class Rep Elections
We ensured every student’s voice is heard by facilitating the Class Rep election system, empowering each class with strong representation.

MTU Active Chats Coffee Mornings
With the fantastic initiative led by MTU Student Counselling and MTU Arena, we lent a helping hand to bring you Active Chats. It’s a wonderful way to start your day, connect with others, and add a little movement to your coffee break!

🩸 Blood Donation Clinic
Our MTU Legends truly lived up to their name, stepping up to support the Irish Blood Transfusion Service by donating blood to help those in need.

🍵 Evening Study Access to the Staff Room
After some hard-fought negotiations, we secured access for students to use the Staff Room in C Block after 6pm. Now, you can enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee while studying late in the library.

This term has been all about creating opportunities, fostering community, and supporting you every step of the way.
